As Sales Manager for Advanced Detection Technology, Dave Kesic is responsible for both the Company's client and partner relationships in the Central United States including North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Minnesota, Iowa, Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware, and Washington, DC.
Dan Latham, Sales Manager - Southern U.S.
As Sales Manager of Southeast Regional Sales for Advanced Detection Technology, Dan Latham is based in North Alabama and is responsible for both the Company's client and partner relationships in Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia and Florida. Dan brings nearly three decades experience from the aerospace industry including more than 12 years in sales, business development and consulting, ten in materials management, and five in executive management. Dan holds degrees in Criminalistics from Wallace State College and Forensic Science from Jacksonville State University.
Chris Carpenter, Sales Manager - Eastern U.S.
As Sales Manager for Advanced Detection Technology, Chris Carpenter plays a dynamic role in building client and dealer relationships in the Eastern United States including North Carolina, South Carolina, Kentucky, Virginia, West Virginia, New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine.
Michele Long, Director of Information Technology & Services
Michele Long joined Carolina Mills in 1988, and was solely responsible for implementing the Company's computerized cost accounting system. In her current role as Director of Information Technology and Services, Michele is responsible for all network, computer, office and telecommunication systems for Carolina Mills and their portfolio companies, including Advanced Detection Technology. Michele also serves as the Company's payroll manager and is responsible for all software programming. Michele holds degrees in Computer Information Systems from Columbia South University and Catawba Valley Community College, where she received an Excellence in Business Computer Programming award.
Dave Mitchell, Vice President Engineering and Operations
After a 25-year career with R.J. Reynolds in engineering, manufacturing, and research and development, Dave currently serves as the Company's Vice President Engineering and Operations where he is responsible for managing product development, component design, systems manufacturing and quality control. Dave has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University and is a Registered Professional Engineer and Licensed Electrical Contractor.
Brian Pawling , Vice President Global Sales
Bringing over 25 years sales management experience to Advanced Detection Technology, Brian Pawling joined the Company in February 2008, assuming leadership responsibility for building Advanced Detection Technology’s world-class Dealer Network as well as managing the Company’s direct sales organization. Encompassing both the commercial and government sectors, Brian has held management positions with Intuit, Danka, and Eastman Kodak Company, and has operated his own consulting company focused on the improvement of sales and marketing teams and processes in the high tech arena. Brian has been responsible for regional and national sales and marketing teams of up to 300 employees and delivered revenues in excess of $100 million.
