Software Products Developer
Advanced Detection Technology is seeking a Software Developer to maintain existing products and continue to develop products as new requirements are introduced. Candidate must have aptitude for designing and coding software and a desire to do quality work. Salary commensurate with experience. Will consider telecommuter or contractor.
The developer is accountable for the construction, testing, implementation and documentation of efficient computer programs that satisfy the business requirements. This position is responsible for completing enhancements and supporting various business applications with minimal supervision. The incumbent must plan, coordinate, and prioritize daily activities to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
Requirements:
- Experience with Java and Android applications
- Experience with complex SQL (dynamic SQL, stored procedures, and triggers)
- Experience with C# or equivalent (.NET) with Winforms
- Familiarity with MS Visual Studio, MS SQL Management Studio and Eclipse
- C++ experience is a plus
- Knowledge of object oriented software development
- Ability to work with a large established software base to locate problems and/or develop new features
- The drive and natural tendency to keep their technology skills up to date
- Good verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to work with customers inside or outside of the company
- Associates or higher in a technology degree track
