Regional Sales Executives

Advanced Detection Technology is seeking Sales Executives to cover multiple regions. Office location is flexible, however travel within the assigned territory is required. Unlimited income potential.

The Regional Sales Executive is responsible for all sales activities in their assigned territory, including lead generation, conversion, and closing. You will be supported by Advanced Detection Technology's marketing, administrative, operations, and customer support teams who are committed to helping you achieve your sales goals.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Successfully create, manage, and achieve sales goals
  • Develop and manage regional and national channel/dealer partners
  • Achieve quotas through a combination of direct selling and channel/dealer management
  • Demonstrate technical and solution selling skills
  • Offer clients detailed, accurate problem analysis, solutions proposals, and pricing options
  • Nurture long-term relationships with clients to secure future business
  • Manage and/or participate in regional and national sales and marketing events, such as association meetings and trade shows
  • Be comfortable travelling within the assigned territory up to 50%

Requirements:

  • 5+ years sales experience, preferably solution sales, with a quota of at least $1 Million
  • 3+ years experience with GSA and SLG
  • 3+ years experience with Microsoft Office and internet sales automation systems such as Salesforce.com
  • High levels of professionalism, integrity, and discipline
  • Preference will be awarded to those candidates who have experience:
    • with physical security solutions (access control, perimeter security)
    • in high technology, understanding of computing software AND hardware
    • selling to commercial and public entities, specifically: energy, industrial, manufacturing, law enforcement, military, correctional, commercial and high-end residential property management, and freight transportation.
